2 Guns (2013 Film)
2 Guns is the 2013 Universal Pictures live-action feature film based on the BOOM! Studios comic book series of the same name created by Steven Grant and Mateus Santolouco.
Denzel Washington plays DEA agent Bobby Trench. Mark Wahlberg is Stig Stigman, an Navy SEAL working with the Office of National Intelligence. Both men are working undercover separately to infiltrate the same drug cartel. When their superiors pit them against one another, they realize they are better off unraveling the network of corruption inside the cartel and throughout their respective law-enforcement branches.
Paula Patton, Bill Paxton, James Marsden, Fred Ward and Edward James Olmos also star.
Baltasar Kormákur directed from a script by Blake Masters.
The movie was moderatly well-received by critics and moviegoers.
